Privacy & contact
Last updated 15 October 2026. This notice covers the Stack & Tell launch site, a publication project run by Poppy Hamilton.
What the forms collect
The reader launch list stores your email address, the date you signed up and the consent wording version. The partnership enquiry form stores the name, email, business details, link, enquiry type and message you submit. Contact requests store your email and message. Please do not include sensitive information.
Why we use it
Reader updates are based on the permission you give when joining the list. You can withdraw that permission at any time. Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss a potential booking. A partnership enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Stack & Tell was previously the Folk & Found craft journal. Permission given for that earlier newsletter is not treated as permission for this new digital-tools newsletter. Signing up here records your new choice; existing records are otherwise left unchanged.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available to the publication owner. Hosting providers process information to operate the site. This first version does not send automated emails or connect your details to an external mailing service. If a mailing provider is introduced, this notice will be updated before it is used.
Keeping and removing details
Reader details remain on the launch list until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Enquiries are kept while we deal with them. You can use the form below to ask about the information we hold or request correction or deletion. We may need to verify a request before disclosing personal information. If a booking is agreed, any additional record-keeping terms will be shared with it.
Cookies and site access
The journal does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting service may use essential cookies and technical logs to deliver the site and, for this private first version, manage sign-in.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a concern through the form below. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
